a. Vehicle Entrance Control

Managing vehicle entrance into and out of a premise is an essential security measure, that prevents congestion, unauthorized entrance and breaches. The entrance control process for vehicles at Kenya Police Sacco premises involved security personnel checking vehicle documents and manually opening and closing the entrance barrier. The process was slow and inefficient, leading to long queues and delays for clients and visitors. Additionally, the manual process was prone to human error, leading to security breaches.

b. Pedestrian Entrance Control

Most of the people visiting the Kenya Police Sacco are pedestrians. Apart from the main entrance, the Sacco also needed to enforce an effective entrance control system for people visiting the banking hall. The pedestrian entrance control at Kenya Police Sacco premises involved security personnel manually checking the IDs and documents of walk-in clients and visitors. The process had become slow and inefficient, leading to long queues and delays for clients and visitors. This necessitated a seamless and efficient pedestrian control system that could solve the pedestrian entrance issue.

c. Security Inspection

The security inspection process at Kenya Police Sacco premises involved manual checks of bags and personal belongings of clients and visitors by security personnel, making the process slow and non-effective. This posed a threat to the Sacco’s assets as lack of effective inspection could lead to unauthorized persons entering the premises with prohibited or restricted goods. To curb this threat, the Sacco needed a good security inspection system in place for fast and efficient security check
